Hormak Diote

Walls and fences are part of our everyday life. They separate, demarcate, resist, prevent… We have to get up them, get down from them or get around them. The Hormek Diote (‘Speaking walls’) project wants to paint a new way of looking at that relationship and, to do so, it has chosen what is probably the oldest type of artistic expression and also the most street-wise and contemporary: wall paintings. Hormek Diote wants to turn walls into symbols of coexistence these days when more and more walls are being built.
